RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Used Vinyl Records - Money-Back Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our used vinyl records. If you receive a used record that is damaged, warped, or not as described, we offer a full refund or replacement.

To qualify for a return:

- Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order

- Provide photos of the damage or warping

- Return the record in the same condition you received it

Refund process: Once we receive and inspect the returned record, we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Return shipping costs will be reimbursed for damaged or warped records.

New/Sealed Vinyl Records - All Sales Final

All new and sealed vinyl records are sold as final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please ensure you're ordering the correct item before completing your purchase.

Exceptions:

- If a new record arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days with photos. We'll work with you to file a claim with the carrier.

- If we ship you the wrong item, we'll cover return shipping and send the correct record at no additional cost.
