Product Descriptions

We strive to accurately describe all vinyl records, including condition, pressing details, and any defects. Used records are graded honestly, but minor imperfections are normal for vintage vinyl.

Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are in USD
  • Payment is processed securely through Shopify
  • We accept major credit cards and other payment methods shown at checkout
  • Prices are subject to change without notice

Orders and Fulfillment

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days
  • You'll receive tracking information once your order ships
  • We're not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers
  • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier

Returns and Refunds

  • Used records: Money-back guarantee for damage or warping (see our Return Policy)
  • New/sealed records: All sales final, except for shipping damage or wrong items sent
  • Contact us within 14 days for used record returns, 7 days for shipping damage claims

Limitation of Liability

Vinylworks is not liable for:
